Safety & supervision

We deliver, set up and securely anchor every castle, then walk you through the safety basics before we leave. A few things to plan for:

  • Adult supervision required

    A responsible adult must supervise the castle at all times while it’s in use. Keep group sizes sensible and similar ages bouncing together.

  • Surface & space

    Allow 13 m × 4 m flat area of flat, clear space. We need access to a power point within reach of the blower.

  • Weather guidance

    Castles can’t be used safely in high winds or heavy rain. If the forecast turns, we’ll be in touch to reschedule — safety always comes first.

About this castle

Our biggest unit: a twelve-metre inflatable obstacle course with pop-ups, a climb-and-slide section, a tunnel and a final dash to the finish. The kids will race it for hours. Works brilliantly as the centrepiece of school galas, gym days, end-of-season sports parties, and team-building events. Up to ten people running at once with a marshal. Needs a longer footprint than our castles — make sure you have a stretch of flat lawn (12 m × 3 m clear). Suits ages 6 through adult. Includes delivery across Auckland, full setup, pack-down and a safety briefing.
